Just say, “Alexa, change wake word.” You can choose from the following names or wake words: Once you’ve saved your settings, you can now use your preferred name to wake up Alexa.

To tell Alexa to play your playlists, say, Alexa, play my playlist — and then the name of your playlist from your streaming service.
